Video-meeting with the Covid-19 response team: 17 March at 14:00
I would like to invite you to a meeting with the Covid-19 response team on Tuesday, 17 March from 14:00 to 15:00. In line with the current measures, the meeting will be held by webcast only.
The main purpose of this initiative is to share with you our overall approach to confronting the Covid-19 challenges, the measures we have put in place, and how we have been working over the past weeks. We would also like to answer any questions you may have. Since we will unfortunately be unable to take questions live, we invite you to submit them to firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of Monday 16 March. We will endeavour to answer them all.
I will open the meeting with a short introduction. Christophe Delamare, Deputy Head of the HSE (occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Protection) unit, will then give a presentation of the situation in the areas around CERN in our two Host States, measures already in place at CERN, and our planning for a possible Stage 3 in the development of the virus and resulting epidemic. The meeting will end with a moderated Q&A session involving the Covid-19 response team.
I hope many of you will join us on Tuesday.
