With the return of spring, I invite you to take part in the Parents and Babies in Fitness walks with seniors organized with the Arcade Sages-Femmes. These intergenerational walks are an opportunity to meet, exchange and transmit, while promoting the movement. Between the experience of seniors and the energy of families, the city is woven differently.
