The conference will provide a retrospective on CERN’s Health Insurance Scheme, its evolution, its functioning, and the proposals made by the Staff Association since its creation in the interest of both the Organization and its personnel. Our social protection system is, and must remain, a key factor in the organization’s attractiveness while preserving mutuality and intergenerational solidarity.
