The guide which summarizes the relevant aspects of the Pension Fund Rules and Regulations has been recently updated. You can find it by using the following link:
- Revision of the GAC-EPA Rules – Final stage – Validation and entry into force
On 16 June 2023, five scrutineers, assisted by two Committee members, counted the votes cast by GAC-EPA members on the revision of the Group’s rules (minutes in French).
The results, announced and validated by the Chairman of the meeting, Keith Potter, were as follows:
225 votes cast (15.1% participation): 204 YES, 6 NO, 15 abstentions – 6 invalid votes.
This is the final touch after work began in 2021 and a presentation of the proposed changes at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 28 March 2023.
The new rules will come into force on 1 July 2023.
The revised rules are available on the GAC-EPA website (link).
We thank all the members who took part in the vote.
